Ingredients: 1kg ditakh fruit (sweet Detar) 1.5l water sugar, to taste

INGREDIENTS

1KG of Ditakh fruit

1.5L of Water

Some sugar (Just to taste)

 

DIRECTIONS

Wash the fruit thoroughly then peel the ditakh. Soak the green fruit for a few minutes in water and stir with a whisk. This will release the strands so that you can take out the hard cores. Set aside to soak for 20 minutes then strain the liquid through a fine-meshed sieve. You will end up with a very green liquid. Sweeten to taste and serve slightly chilled.
